Comprion cooperates with NFC Research lab

COMPRION and the NFC Research Lab of the Upper Austria University of Applied Science in Hagenberg have cooperated to advance the further development of the NFC technology.

COMPRION provided its contactless tracer CLT Move and its ISO/SWP/USB monitoring tool Move 2 to the researchers who will use the tools for testing their own NFC devices as well as NFC tools of their external partners. The NFC Research lab will give feedback to further develop their products. The Campus Hagenberg which focuses on IT, Communication and Media is one of Austria’s leading Universities of Applied Science. The NFC Research Lab has started its NFC activities in 2004. The Lab focuses on NFC hardware, middleware and mobile NFC applications. Funded by the Austrian government, NXP Semiconductors, mobilkom austria, voestalpine Informationstechnologie and Assa Abloy ITG, the NFC Research Lab has both an industrial and a scientific focus.
